Caitlin sat down upon her bed, looking out the window as the rain pattered onto the glass. She stifled a tear as it rolled down her face. She felt lost about so many things. This past week was nothing but fighting for her life and doing everything to keep it secret. Today had been the third Demon attack that week. Each time came only stronger demons and in more quantity. She did not know how much longer she could fend them off on her own or keep the attacks from Chris's knowledge. She knew why the attacks were happening, as she had managed to get a little bit of information with each attack. It was her father he was looking for her, he had found her and it seemed he would stop at nothing until doing so. She felt crushed, suffocated and trapped.
Why was all this happening now? Why?! She had gone twenty-one perfect years with out any worry as to her past catching up with her. Something she hoped she would never have to face. Now it was happening and there was nothing she could do about it. She felt alone and she couldn't tell the one person she could tell anything to. What would he think? Caitlin knew perfectly well about the Halliwell's and knew perfectly well about Cole. Why would they think any differently if they found out she happened to be half Demon too? Of course Caitlin wasn't thinking clearly. Cole had not grown up around good magic, he was not raised good so it was nothing in the same. Still she did not think of it that way. She was blinded by fear.
Caitlin took a deep breath and wiped the tears from her eyes. She made her way in her bathroom and flicked the light on and carried on over to the sink. Running the warm water she quickly splashed some water on her face. Her eyes were red and puffy almost matching her beautiful red hair. She looked at the slash across her face the Demon had given her. This time had almost been too close. She stared at her reflection a minute and rolled her eyes. Get over yourself Caitlin, stop moping around like a hopeless emo. Caitlin looked away and then took the towel to dry her face off. She then proceeded into the living room where she would attempt to clean up the after math of todays attack, the worst one yet. Her apartment was total chaotic destruction. Tables overturned, lamps broken even the couch was flipped over. Broken glass scattered about on the floor from shattered mirrors and such. Damn demons have no respect for others property. She thought in frustration. She then went over to the kitchen and took the broom and dust pan and started to sweep up the glass off the floor. When suddenly she heard orbs, that meant only one thing. Which also meant she was so very screwed.

Teagan watched the demons come and go, getting used to their patterns was a tiresome task, but required. She wasn't about to go up against a tribe of demons unprepared, thats how her relatives were all slaughtered.
Getting sick of lurking around the underworld Teagan orbed up to her apartment where she paced back and forth across her living room. Catching a glimpse of herself in the mirror, she immediately waved her hand and changed out of the black leather outfit she wore to the underworld. Just seeing herself in that outfit reminded her of her cousin Bianca, they weren't close, they weren't even friends, but she was the only other person she had that understood her. Noticing the clock, Teagan didn't have time to mourn, she was late for work. She changed into her scrubs, and orbed to her office in the morgue.
Teagan liked her job, it was quiet, a place she could just relax, most people didn't understand a young beautiful girl working in a morgue, but most people didn't understand her. She walked out to the floor, and looked at the clipboard attached to the table. "So who are you?" Teagan asked as she pulled back the sheet covering up the body. She knew it wasn't her mother, but her mothers face was staring back at her. She pulled back the sheet and walked out of the morgue, across the street through the rain to the nearest restaurant.

Wyatt was was busy waiting tables at his mother's restaurant. She had used the upstairs of her club P3 and turned it into a restaurant, during the day. Today the restaurant was ever so busy. So busy in fact there was not one table left in the whole restaurant. Not only that but he wasn't just waiting tables he was playing host too. Wyatt finished taking an order to a large family when he saw a young women walking in. He immediately made his way over to take her name since there was a long wait. Wyatt arrived at the hostess where the young women was waiting. “I'm sorry we have a waiting period. You will have to wait about thirty minutes for a seat and about fifteen minutes to sit at the bar. Is that okay? I'm really sorry for the inconvenience as you can see we are packed even more than usual. Why you wait would you like a complimentary drink?” Wyatt asked trying to make the guest feel more at ease while they waited. Wyatt waited for her to decline or accept waiting and if she did he would then take her name.

Teagan was still a bit shook up, and didnt realize the man standing in front of her asking her some questions. "Oh, sorry, what did you say?" She asked, as she discreetly looked him up and down. your cute, whats your name She thought to herself. Teagan had never been to this place before, but by the way they were so crowded she assumed it was a good place to eat. She stared at the man waiting for him to repeat what he said, she found herself getting lost again, but this time in his blue eyes.

Wyatt waited for her to respond when he happened to hear her thoughts. “Excuse me?” Wyatt asked a bit surprised. “Did you just tell me I was cute?” Wyatt asked not being able to resist asking. Wyatt was not afraid to speak his mind unlike his brother Chris who was so shy he couldn't even tell his best friend his true feelings. Wyatt had his hands across his chest waiting to see what this beautiful girl in front of him would say.

Did I say that ouloud? Teagan asked herself. "Do you have a problem with that Wyatt Halliwell?" Teagan asked as she moved a bit closer to him, and ran her finger along his name tag feeling the engravings. She bit her bottom lip and looked up at him waiting for a response. She didn't know where she got her seductive side, but she used it to her advantage.

Wyatt looked over at her and couldn't help but smile. Then she started talking to him in a low voice and using his full name like she knew him or something and starting toying with his name tag. “Woah hey” Wyatt said trying to tame his testosterone levels. “Listen you uh want me.. I mean you want a drink?” Wyatt asked hoping that comment went over her head and out her one ear and through the other.

Teagan wanted to say yes, to both his requests, but she couldn't. "I'm sorry, I actually, can't. But I'd like to get something to eat! Is there a long wait?" She asked, looking around and seeing no empty tables or chairs at the bar, she took his pen and wrote her name and number down on his paper. :Teagan 6185555122 "Call me when theres an opening" She said as she dropped the pen in his hand and turned around walking out of the building. She wanted to look back and see if he was watching her, but she resisted. She headed back to the morgue, got back to work, and waited for Wyatt to call.

Wyatt looked at her and blinked. “Well yes there is a long wait; didn’t I just tell you that?” He said not helping but smile. It seemed she had been too distracted flirting with him to notice. “Okay sure thing” He said as she handed him the pen back. Wyatt watched her as she left. Snap out of it Wyatt, how many girls have you chased over the years? Wyatt thought then thought of what Chris always said that he was such a flirt for the ladies and betted he could never settle down. Oh yeah Chris well one day I’ll show you, at least I’m not scared to ask. Wyatt thought again then went back to waiting on the tables and trying to get the people before Teagan tables. Wyatt went quickly in the rest room taking a quick 5 minute break and started fiddling with his hair. He wanted to look nice when Teagan came back in.

Teagan went back to the table, pulled the sheet off of the poor woman and got to work. This time, she didn't see her mother, she was too busy thinking about the man she just met. He seemed different, he had a powerful air about him, and everything about him intrigued her. She went and got the cordless phone and clipped it to her side, she didn't wanna miss his call.

Wyatt finished up in the bathroom after a few minutes of playing with his hair. When he was satisfied he went back to continue with his work. Much to his delight it seemed four tables had emptied up and one spot at the bar. Since the people previous to Teagan said they wanted a regular table he would then take the opportunity to call her.
On his way Piper approached him stopping him on his way. “Honey, why don’t you take the rest of the day off? I’ve got two more people coming in and you look like you could use the break now scoot. Unless you need a good lunch, then I’m glad to have you” She said with a smile.
“Uh I think I’ll stick around and have lunch in a few, I um I think I’ll bring a friend” Wyatt spat out.
Piper looked at him funny. “Flirting with customers again?” Piper teased her son.
“I uh no I was just she well she flirted first I mean okay, so what?” Wyatt defended himself. He knew he was only being teased but couldn’t help himself.
“Well okay, have fun” Piper said then walked off and back to the kitchen.
After Piper left, Wyatt went back to the hostess and grabbed the phone. He took a deep breath not sure why. It wasn’t as if he had not asked girls out before. He grabbed the phone and quickly dialed and was immediately greeted with a ring. He took another breath as he waited for an answer.

Teagan was right in the middle of moving Mrs. Stevens when she heard the phone ring. It nearly scared her half to death as she fumbled for the clipped on phone. "City Morgue, this is Teagan" She answered, she could feel her voice flutter hoping it was Wyatt on the other end, and hoping he wouldnt hang up thinking he got the wrong number.

Wyatt waited and was greeted by the City Morgue, he was about to hang up thinking he had dialed the wrong number or was the center of a joke, when he heard Teagan introducing herself. Wyatt sighed with relief. “Listen how about you come on over for a free lunch, the only catch is you have to share to with me. So what do you say Teagan?” Wyatt said confidently but not cocky either.

Chris Halliwell was in his room at the apartment that he shared with Wyatt. He was rummaging through his DVD collection. He was trying to decide what DVDs to bring over to Caitlin's place. Chris had noticed that she was acting very strangly towards him especially... He was worried about her. He had asked her about it several times, but she just either denied that anything was wrong, or she changed the subject. He was hoping that watching some of their favourite DVDs would help cheer her up.
Chris began to think about Caitlin. They had been best friends ever since he could remember. Ever since she moved in next door to him, that is when he still lived in the Manor. He had been a year old at the time, but she was only a baby. Piper would make play dates with Chris and Caitlin along with Caitlin's guardian, and whenever the Charmed Ones had to battle a demon, Chris and Wyatt would stay at Caitlin's house, so natuarlly, they grew to become best friends. When he was about 14, Chris began to have other feelings for Caitlin, feelings of love. He didn't want to tell her though, he loved his friendship with her too much to be able to tell her how he felt. Through the years, Chris had dated other girls, but no girl could make him feel what Caitlin made him feel. When he was with her Chris felt happy and complete so to say.
Now, there was something bothering Caitlin, and it hurt Chris to see her sad and in pain, which was why he wanted to make her feel happy. He grabbed about a few of thier favourite movies and orbed to Caitlin's apartment.
When he matrilized in Caitlin's apartment, his eyes bulged out in shock and his mouth hung open. He saw the apartment in complete wreckage. He then looked at Caitlin and saw a gash on her face. He knew those signs and he knew what they meant... Demonic attack.
"Oh my God! What the hell happened over here??"
Chris ran up to Caitlin and grabbed her arms gently.

Caitlin took a deep breath and exhaled as she heard Chris asking her just what the hell had happened. She felt like she was spinning around and had no control. If she told Chris about the attacks, which the apartment spoke for itself. She would have to explain why she was being attack which she would then have to reveal the other part of who she is. The part she did not want to tell Chris. How could he love someone like that? Caitlin thought. Caitlin shook her head brushing the thoughts away. She looked down at the floor avoiding his eyes for a split second. Then turned to face him.
“The cows came home and decided to throw a wild party and use my face as a soccer net?” Caitlin said trying to lighten the mood though she could see the amusement on Chris' face. (Sarcasm) “I don't know what happened, they just came in here like....” Caitlin said swallowing her words or her lies rather. Well technically she wasn't lying but she wasn't telling him the truth either. Why can't I just tell him? No I can't, I don't want to lose him...I love him...but how can I love him and lie to him at the same time? I hate you. Caitlin thought angry with who she was but mostly angry at herself for not having the courage to just tell him. “So well they are gone now so that's all that matters, we don't have to worry about those d..” Caitlin started who seemed to have a hard time with the word 'demon'. Those em things, any longer...” Caitlin said quickly looking away. She couldn't bare to look into his eyes. He didn't deserve to be lied to or even be entangled in this stupid mess, but it was too late. She had entangled him into it by lack of the truth. Why was fear so blinding?
